Pretty place cards…

21 October 2008 40 views No Comment

I needed to devise unique placecards for a destination wedding in the Bahamas. I wanted to add some color to the long tables set out under a tent, but the bride didn’t want to add to the budget.

I printed the guests names in hot pink in a pretty font of white card stock. I made two slits with an exacto knife and threaded each card with pink ribbon.

On the day of the wedding, using the bride’s diagram, I tied each place card to the chivari chairs.

The guests had no problem finding their places and it was a simple way to quickly add a splash of hot pink to the tables.
