A wedding website integrated with online planning tools is a must have. Select a company that offers easy to use templates that fit your style and allow some degree of customization. Upload your photos, wedding weekend information, maps, and wedding events.

I recommend taking a look at Wedding Windows. We are not the only ones in love with them – they get rave reviews from The Knot, In Style Weddings, Martha Stewart Weddings and more. They offer a ton of designs with flash introductions, unlimited photo uploads, a blog option complete with RSS feeds, and all these weddiing organization tools:

  • Address Request Form – so you can easily collect address updates form your far flung college buds
  • Reception Music Request Form – turn it over to your band or DJ and be a hit with your guests
  • Links to Maps – and save money by cutting the map and direction card form your wedding invitations
  • Email Blast – Email a sub-group such as your Bridal party or your entire guest list
  • Event Manager – create, organize and track wedding events such as salon times, the rehearsal dinner and showers.
  • Invitation Tracker – Record when and to whom invitations were mailed.
  • Gift Tracker – Record what gift was receive, at what event, on what date and by whom. Then track your thank you notes.
  • Budget Tracker
  • Create a To Do List, set reminders and RSVP deadlines and view all of these on an integrated wedding calender.
  • Click here to visit Wedding Windows website and try it free (no credit card info. required) for seven days. What do you have to lose?
